#1 This beam has insect damage and the support post has been removed. #2 A portion of this concrete supporting wall has been removed to create a crawlspace access to another area. #3 The excavation of soil around this footing was done too close and has resulted in this footing losing ground. A close look at the post reveals that the post is not only tipped but is not even touching the beam it is meant to support. #4 Home made turn buckles are being used to hold up the ceiling below. #5 The support for this chimney footing was compromised when the crawlspace was excavated to install a new furnace. #6 This chimney counter flashing is rusted and is leaking.
